March 28, 2014 at 8:59 am #196246I have JA Slideshow (theme Anion) within some articles. At the top of each page I have Facebook Like/Share buttons. When somebody clicks the ‘Like’ button, a panel drops down which allows them to ‘Say Something’ and click the add button. My problem is that the facebook drop down panel is obscured by the slideshow which sits below it on the page. I can’t change the z-index of the like/share (which is a plugin, doesn’t have a css file) — I was thinking I’d change the z-index of the slideshow, but wherever I try to do that it makes no difference.
If you go to any of the pages where the slideshow is used for eg. http://www.ctcw.com.au/index.php/wedding-guide/southwest-busselton-to-margaret-river/dessert-stations-southwest-margaret-river/353-wedding-services/photographers-southwest-margaret-river/2479-zoey-marie-photography-weddings — (sorry for huge URL) and click the like button, you’ll see what I mean.
I’m attaching a screenshot to show the problem.

March 31, 2014 at 8:30 am #528740Did you load JA Slideshow module within articles with {loadmodule} syntax?
It is hard to control module to load within articles since JA Slideshow module uses js and css which can sometime cause conflict when using {loadmodule}.
Regarding the JA Slideshow image that covers other content, you only set image fixed size from module and load it from article which won’t able to automatically cover.
