:(( I have uploaded and installed the quickstart package, but the slideshow images and thumbnails don’t appears. you can see here http://demo.balenablu.it . I have changed no settings instead of the defaults

could be a problem of configuration in rights access folders? the module need to write some file in chache? or maybe a Image folder settings problem?:((

if your safe_mode setting is disabled you can try to enable it, referring to this thread to know how to enable the safe mode php setting http://www.webhostgear.com/166.html .
if that still no luck you can provide me your admin account,the FTP Info via the ticket of CQK-998-68905 for further checking

Hello,

I got the same problem: slideshows don’t appear. I have just installed the quickstart package.

PHP safe mode management is on in my website but I still have the same problem.

I’m using Parallels Plesk Pannel 10.2

I’ve attached what I get at the home page and at Gallery.

Hi weblogy,

There could be many reasons caused the problem,you can provide me your url,the admin account as welL the FTP Info for further checking,provide those info via the ticket of CQK-998-68905
