Hello. The JA Slideshow does not seem to be working when using Internet Explorer. It works on Firefox and Safari. the website is http://www.powdermarket.com. How do I fix this?

Hi powderx

I think there are some problems your images.

If you check this image: http://www.powdermarket.com/images/stories/slideshow/img-1.jpg

in IE va FireFox, you will see that in FF, you can see but not in IE. It is the same with img-2, img-3

To solve it, you have to open these images in photoshop tool and save again. I think with this way, you can clear the format of images.

If my way is incorrect, please submit a ticket, send us your admin account so that i could have a closer look on the issue

Thank you. You were right, but to be more specific, I found that my images were in CMYK mode, and I resaved them to RGB mode. Works now. 🙂
