    I have aletred the height of the slide show but there is then a gap between the slideshow and the main content of the page. How can I get round this?

    -Go to template.css

    -Change Line 1188 (#ja-topsl) to
    height: 220px;
    margin: 0;
    z-index: 10;

    FYI I am a newbie to web design and Joomla. I figured this out in 15 seconds using the Firebug extension. If you don’t already use it, download the latest Firefox as your browser and make it your defualt browser. Then open Firefox….click on ‘Tools’ then ‘Add ons’. From here you can find/search for firebug. Download it…it installs automatically.

    What I did then was a 2 minute youtube video on how to use it. Easiest, most powerful tool I have used and automatically made me an ‘expert’! 😀 Well…not quite…. 🙂

    I had forgotten about Firebug! I had it installed at one time and it is a very useful tool.
    Thanks,
    Pete.:)
