When I publish an article in the category feature articles in which the JA Slideshow
is set to show it does not show the new item until you make any changes in the
configuration of the module such as the “main item width” or any outyro field configuration

Could someone give me an idea how to fix this?

The version of joomla 2.5.7.
The Version of JA Slideshow is 2.5.4.

Try to remove the cache settings from the ja_slideshow module.

Sorry but how do I remove this cache?
because the operation
JAT3 Clean Cache I’ve ever done.
Clear cach Joomla too.

That the module will not store anything so every changes will be shown immediatly
