I am having an issue with JA Slideshow and Sanidine II.

I have Sanidine and set up JA slideshow, I then decided to try Sanidine II and the description bar is twice as high with multiple spaces. Any suggestions?

Also How do I change the thumb border and text color in the JA Slideshow.
