JA Slideshow Lite module is using in ja mendozite theme.if i use JA Slideshow istead of JA Slideshow Lite, which is downloaded by my membership of JAEC, it shows same view with lite version?

The slideshow lite and the slideshow are different beasts. If you want to have the same look using JA Slideshow then you would loose some of the responsive features of the Lite version and you would also need to duplicate the styling to fit your site. It is possible but would take a little bit of effort to get right.
