When viewing the site with a smartphone or pad (iOS or Android) JA Slideshow Lite does not allow the user to swipe the screen downwards or upwards in order to see the rest of the content on the page. It is just a dead zone – the module space ignores swipe commands.

This is true even with Show Navigation set to NO.

The only way a user can see the rest of the page is to somehow find a piece of the page (that is not the slideshow module) and try swiping on that. This makes the Home page very hard to navigate and not intuitive as the slideshow takes up so much screen space.

I have tried other slideshows and they allow the user to swipe on the slideshow either up or down.

Would it be possible to fix this?

    Thank you.

    Hi,
Please update your SlideshowLite Module to the latest version.
When you get into the Slideshow, touch it, then slowly pull it up. That’s how it works. If you pull too fast, it’ll be the swipe.
