Looks fine on my IE9 machine. Can you post some screenshots? Also, you seem to have a script running to display your buttons at the side. Does disabling that solve your problem?

Sorry, I am unable to replicate your problem. Hopefully someone else can pick up on this. I have tried on win 7 and win 8 machines as well as my iPad.
