    hello 🙂

I am having trouble trying to get JA Slideshow Lite module to work.
Somehow, when you enable JA Slideshow Lite module, the page where the module
is activated seems to not load anything (it appears completely blank).
Anywhere else in the homepage seems to be working fine.

How do I get to make JA Slideshow Lite module and make it display
    properly on the homepage?

    Much help is appreciated.

    Hi tsato,

You should go to Template Manager –> JA Univeristy – Default style, then assign a profile (i.e default) which has “default” layout in Layout Settings, to the Home menu item. Remember to clear JA T3 cache.

Note: The “default” layout does contain the slideshow block. You also can check out templates/ja_university/etc/layouts/default.xml , make sure this layout file includes below line:

    <block name=”slideshow” style=”raw”>slideshow</block>

    Hi tsato,

The GD library doesn’t exist on your server which causes the JA Slideshow lite not work and make the template inaccessible when you enable this module. You need to contact with your hosting provider to install or active this GD library on your server. The slideshow module and JA University template will work fine then.

@esantillan: The GD library is related to your server configuration, you should ask your hosting provider to install and activate that settings.
