Hi,

I have recently uploaded the JA Slideshow Lite module to the JA Kranos template but it seems as though some parameters in the back-end are blank or missing? I have tried unistalling the module and installing a newer version but the problem still persist. For example; I have attached a screenshot.

Hi Pavit,

Thank you very much for support. The slideshow is working 100%, thanks. Just one question; What seemed to cause this? (If by any chance I encounter this sort of problem again.)

I enabled the error report and noticed that the T3 plugin system was missing of some settings
This could be due to a wrong installation for some missing file maybe corrupted during download so reinstalling it after downloaded again solve the problem

Hi Pavit,

It seems as though the other JA Extensions are doing the same thing as the Slideshow Lite. The Slideshow’s back-end parameters is visible but not other extensions such as JA Content Slider, JA Bulletin, etc. Please advise and thanks for the support on the Slideshow.

Hi

Try to update them using JA Extension Manager component

I have updated Ja Bulletin – Ja Sidenews – Ja Masshead and now are working fine
