May 22, 2014 at 6:14 pm #198066Hi,
I have recently uploaded the JA Slideshow Lite module to the JA Kranos template but it seems as though some parameters in the back-end are blank or missing? I have tried unistalling the module and installing a newer version but the problem still persist. For example; I have attached a screenshot.
Kind Regards,
Henning

May 22, 2014 at 8:41 pm #536303Hi Pavit,
Thank you very much for support. The slideshow is working 100%, thanks. Just one question; What seemed to cause this? (If by any chance I encounter this sort of problem again.)

This could be due to a wrong installation for some missing file maybe corrupted during download so reinstalling it after downloaded again solve the problem1 user says Thank You to pavit for this useful post

May 23, 2014 at 8:54 am #536364Hi Pavit,
It seems as though the other JA Extensions are doing the same thing as the Slideshow Lite. The Slideshow’s back-end parameters is visible but not other extensions such as JA Content Slider, JA Bulletin, etc. Please advise and thanks for the support on the Slideshow.
