Hi

Your problem is due to user permissions – the actual user cannot do nothing on your website –

Ask to your Hosting provider to enable user with complete rights on folders despite them actually seems all writables

i cannot make updates from Ja Extension Manager receiving this error “Folder::create: Path not in open_basedir paths”

is that because I install quickstart?
The user is admin because I input when I install quickstart. It should be the highest level.
What else can I do?
I can not show the other modules either ,even I have enable them and put them in right position.

This is related to your user and is not related to the quickstart files

ask to your hosting provider to set your space for a Joomla site
