Add below code in custom.css file to change the size.ja-ss-item img { width: 50%; }
Kindly make sure the image you are using should have enough width to fill the full container width.

Replace 50% with 100% in the code I shared.
Also if you want to show the slideshow image in full width add this code in custom.css file.ja-slideshow .container { width: 100%;}
