    Hi,

for no apparent reason the JA Slideshow Lite has suddenly stopped working on my site. I have not installed any new components for a long time,(except just now I installed Jquery easy as wondered if it was a java conflict but then realised that would have been the case before, so have not enabled the plugin). I have not made any changes to template or css files either.

The only change that has taken place is the the WHM Cpanel that my website is on, did an automatic cpanel update a few days ago. I am not sure if that had anything to do with it?

If anyone can help me I would be most appreciative – I have tried re-installing to an older version of my website and it made no difference either so reverted back to the current one.

    Hi,

an update, I copied my site and installed it on completely different hosting and the slideshow is still not showing, so I guess that rules out server update if that helps.

I just noticed that today when someone pointed it out to me. No slideshow and no rotator at the bottom where my logos were. WTW!!!

    Hi stelfair,

I have just checked my rotators that contain the logos have also disappeared on mine too! Why would both these modules die on 2 completely different websites?

Is there anyone from support who can help us?

@melanieb: I found the problem on your site.

<blockquote>Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) http://api.recaptcha.net/js/recaptcha_ajax.js
Uncaught ReferenceError: Recaptcha is not defined </blockquote>

It’s from Captcha plugin. I disabled this plugin on your site the problem on your site is fixed.

I tried to access FTP account included on the thread but I couldn’t. But you can fix it from Captcha plugin using this reference link will help you to solve it.

You can enable the plugin once fixed.
