Hi,
I’m using JA university template + JA slideshow module on my site:
http://district279.org/I believe my joomla version and all the JA extensions are all up-to-date, however, recently I notice once in the while our JA slideshow module will disappear from our homepage, as if it got "disabled" in the back-end. But after I login and open the module I found nothing wrong with it and no one has change any setting in it and the slideshow will reappear on the homepage without me doing anything!
It had happen at least 3 times in the past 2 months, at least I’ve been informed when it happened.
Can you please let me know if there is something I can do to ensure it won’t happen again?
I know there is no one mess-around the site so I rule out that possibility.Thanks.

January 27, 2016 at 4:36 am #869407Hi osseo,
There might be conflict with another extension, if it happens again, try to check the console tab in Firebug editor in Firefox and see whether there is any JS error or not. Or leave a message in this topic so I will check for you.

It happened again and I had to re-enable it because the site is live.
I did look into firebug and see if i can see any js conflict on the homepage but didn’t find anything useful…. can you take a look and see what you can find out?

March 8, 2016 at 8:17 pm #896805Hi Saguaros,
This happened again and I realize is when someone on the site "create another JA slideshow module", even thought it was assign to a different page somehow it wipe out my original slideshow module from the homepage.
When that happened, I’ve searched under all module with different status, even in trash, no where to be found so I have no choice but to re-create a new one.Can you please tell me what could potentially cause this to happen?
If it helps I can share my site access with you so you can find some clues in the back-end??Thank you for helping on this issue!
