Hi i encounter a problem with JA Slideshow Module. It doesn’t appear at all.

Hi pet238,

It seems that you install a 3rd party extension in your site which causes conflict with JA Slideshow module.

Please try switching default template – JA Droid – to another standard joomla template and check if that 3rd party ext works or not. This way will help us to know problem comes from that ext or our template specific. If it works in standard joomla template, you can pm me admin and FTP account of your site, I shall detect this issue for you 🙂
