How can have the mouse cursor change to a LINKED CURSOR when I hover over this text? It is linked to a URL, but when I hover over with a mouse the cursor remains a text cursor.

if you can modify css, add this property to the class of the text:
cursor: pointer;

in this case, use “<” instead of <, it will show ok.
