Hello,

I’m using teline template with JA slideshow (rasite profile) .

The problem is that I want to remove the green text background and just keep the titles on the gray background which is under the green background.

I tried a lot, and didn’t know how to solve this.

Please see the attached image.

Joomla 1.6.6? Please be aware that this has not been supported for quite some time. Before we can help you please update to Joomla 2.5 and also update the slideshow (and any other JA Components) component to the latest release using JA Extension Manager to update. While this may seem like a lot of effort you should be aware that there was a very serious security issue with Joomla 1.6.x that was fixed a long time ago in the Joomla 2.5.x line. Once you have done this please post a link to your site and we will be glad to assist.

Hello support,

I have updated to Joomla 2.5 and the issue was solved. But now I have a new issue:

It seems that there is a confliction between JA Slideshow and JA News Pro Module, when both published on the same page the Slideshow does not appearing, I just got a white space.

I’m sorry, but I don’t have the site online it’s on my local machine, if you want I can send you a screenshot of what happens.

Did you update those components to the latest release too? If not try to do so using JA Extension manager and that will probably fix your problem.

It shows how the JA Slideshow looks like with / without JA News Pro Module

Here is when JA News Pro is published, the JA Slideshow is not working.

And here is when JA News Pro is not published, the JA Slideshow is working fine.

Sorry, but unless we can see a live site it is going to be almost impossible to help you. There are so many things that could be causing this without seeing the code it really is shooting in the dark.
