    this does seem to be the template issue , the iframe tag becomes i-frame . kindly check this >

    Maybe its due to the 3rd party extension : https://www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/rsfirewall-user-guide/frequently-asked-questions/scrambled-tags-iframe-becomes-i-frame.html
    Also, are you getting this issue after Joomla update to 3.6.4 ?

    Always take backup of site and check the compatibility of extension and templates before Joomla update .
