For some reason, the JA Slideshow module does not show the content in the articles set up for this purpose.
How do I get the module to show the articles?
Will it display the images contained in the article content in JA Ores?
(The Slideshow itself shows up only if I select ores as the profile.)

Joomla 1.7.2 and JA Ores for Joomla 1.6.

I have identified the problem as a javascript clash with Magebridge – it is therefore a Magebridge issue not a JA Ores one. Works just fine with Magebridge disabled.

I have to bump my thread. I have a new installation, and now I have the same problem. The sliding effect with articles is not working after setting up a special category with newly created articles in it. The slider does not pick up any article content and the “buttons” on the right do not appear. I believe I have eliminated the problem with Magebridge javascript (I dont see it loading in the source). I have changed the access details, but see no way here to notify you.
