I’m using JA Slideshow as part of the JA Tiris package. All has been going well, it’s been working great. I recently updated to version 2.5.4, and still everything was fine.

What happened was I changed the setting in JA Slideshow for Source to be “From Article” instead of “From Image Folder.” As expected, now the Slideshow used the articles and that worked.

The problem happened when I changed back to “From Images Folder.” Although my code for “Description” is the same, when I view the page, It has several corrupt images in the selection box, and it certainly doesn’t match my list in “Description.”

I’ve of course tried turning on and off the various caches, refreshing the JAT3 Cache, re-installing, uninstalling then re-installing, but it seems stuck.

How can I totally uninstall the module, what do I need to delete from the database and folder structure, so I can re-install it cleanly?

It’s cool, I worked it out.

All the images for JA Slideshow need to be in their own separate directory.

It seems to scan the directory, and attempt to create an item for each file it finds, regardless of what is written in the “Description” field.
