April 7, 2009 at 10:15 am #140026Hi,
I’m trying to configure JA Slideshow2, I can see the module when going into:
Template Manger>Ja Opal> Preview (located at: http://www.white-hot.co.uk/KDP/index.php?tp=1&template=ja_opal)So that would indicate that it’s set up in principle correctly but it doesn’t show when I’m viewing it at it’s homepage location (and throughout the site)
(http://www.white-hot.co.uk/KDP/)Strangely enough when I change the template (to JA_Zeolite) I can see the module working but I want it showing when I use JA Opal.
Any help is very much appreciated.
Regards,

April 7, 2009 at 8:16 pm #300462You may need to copy some CSS to get it to work. For example if you are using the ja-slideshow module from template A, but you are using template B, you have to copy the ja_slideshow.css into your css (either separate file or put it in the template css)

Hi, thanks very much that’s definitely put me in the right direction although I don’t suppose you know which bits to change? Or what to look for?The previous template (JA Zeolite) uses “ja-slideshow” and the current template “JA Opal” uses “ja-slideshow2”
Many thanks again,

Hi, I decide to do a fresh installation, unfortunately no joy it’s still not working.I’ve started a new thread because the details of the problem are different/simplified:
