I have tried ja slideshow, Vinaora Nivo Slider and gavick pro and none of them work on ja ironis

Ja slideshow is working fine for me. Did you carefully read this post http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/userguide-ja-ironis-template-for-joomla-2-5/ ?

That instruction is working fine for me.
