My slideshow has 3 images, using the ‘slide’ effect. When the slideshow gets to the end of the three images it cycles back over the previous slides to the first slide. I would like it so the images just get repeated and it is more seamless – infinite.

I have checked and feel sorry that this module doesn’t support feature like that. You need some customization in code to achieve that. This customization takes time and exceeds the scope of our service

This is a fairly basic feature. I pay a lot of money to get themes from JoomlArt. The reason I pay this money is because I believe you will take care of issues such as this.
You will not fix this problem for me?

Here at JoomlArt I pay a lot more money for templates than I would in other marketplaces (template price + copyright removal is quite expensive). I do this because I believe that by paying more I will get a higher quality product and assistance when I need it. This has proven to not be true.
I have a problem with the Ja slideshow reversing when it gets to the end of the slideshow. It looks very amateur. It should be an infinite slideshow, which is standard. If I had to create this using jQuery it wouldn’t take me more than an hour using existing jQuery plugins, but porting into Joomla is something I don’t know how to do.
So I raise this problem to JoomlArt and what do they tell me? Ohh you need to pay for that. After I’ve already spent HUNDREDS with this company. If you are not providing a good quality product with the extra support that we all pay more for, why should we continue to buy from you?

Because this is not a bug from the module but I have raised this as feature for improvement to development team. You can check the status here: http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/CUSSER-501, they will check and hope to find solution for you.

From my perspective a function that lacks even basic functionality could be regarded as a bug. I went to the link to check the status and I was given an error:
