Hi,
I upload 1 pic to the images / stories / slideshow folder to show the pics on the slideshow. Now, it’s only showing the 3 pics that came with the install, it’s not showing my upload pic that i uploaded through the FTP.
However, when I go to the Media within Joomla, and upload the pic to the folder using the Joomla Media choice, it begans to show the pic on the slideshow….Am I missing something here? The folder is 755……Thanks and God Bless…..

I’m taking that this is a legitmate request and not just free advertising for the website you listed…which obviously is not the website in question as it’s not a Zeolite template. I understand your purpose for wanting to list the website, but it threw me because I was looking on that site for the issue you were having. It helps to have the correct URL.
If you are indeed talking about the Zeolite folder there are two areas you need to concern yourself with:
1) The image folder. If you haven’t changed any of the images paths since you uploaded the quick start, then your slide show images should go in: ja_zeolite/images/stories/slideshow/
2) If you are putting the images in the right folder, then open the JA_Slideshow folder and look at the parameters on the right hand side. That is where you show images you want to pull into the slide show. For instance, the quickstart came with sl-1.jpg, sl-2.jpg, etc. Just refine the image titles in the parameters and you should be good to go.
