Hi,
I’m having a problem with JA slideshow, it’s showing but the thumbnails aren’t.

It’s the same for the captions (they aren’t displaying).

Any solutions? (Thank you)

Hi,
Guys could really do with some help on this. The JA slideshow thumbnails or caption aren’t showing. The JA tabs thumbs aren’t showing either Bit more info:

I didn’t use the quickstart package so I might be missing something obviously in hindsight I would have done.

Thanks for the reply, the site’s located at:

The slideshow’s just located on the homepage only.

Also it’s important to note that I’ve submitted a support ticket (just in case you access it and it suddenly appears and you wonder why I’m saying it’s not there

I am taking a look now, but my internet connection is very slow. So its taking a bit of time. I will be take a proper look at it , when i get home.

Hope, its solved by then.. if no, then i will look at that…

Hi Mihir,
The slideshow thumbnail’s are working wooooooooooooooohhhhhoooooooooooo!

It was a permission problem the “resized” folder “group” permission wasn’t set to “read”
