It should be js conflict. As far i have checked your website

https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.6/jquery.min.js
You have another instance of jQuery in your site, please note JomSocial already have jQuery included. So, another instance is not good idea ( actually worse ).

To do that, you can check into plugins / modules / components which one called. Or rip your site into localhost and use search string.
