I’ve recently upgraded to Joomla 2.5, using the JA Social template. The problem I have is that in blog view, articles are sorted according to subcategories instead of – as configured – no category sorting, only date sorting. That means for example that first all articles with the category ‘Americas’ are displayed, then ‘europe’, then ‘middle-east’, instead of mixing them together and sorting them by date.

I’ve worked the problem out myself. It was caused by an incorrect setting for the article date.
