Hi,

I’m using JA Social and the JA Facebook Likebox that came with the Template. It has been working fine before, but all of a sudden it stopped working. Any ideas why?

The Like button leads to a group not to a FB page. Is there any change on FB in that respect?

What JA Facebooklikebox is now showing is the “Facebook Public Profile” as the Facebook page name and then default image. But the correct name and image and link are gone all of a sudden. See the webpage:

Earlier in the module there has been a link to the FB group and thumbnails of some of those liking the FB page. All of a sudden those have disappered. Can this be a change in the FB Group settings or format? No changes have been done from our side.

can you tell me problem in detail…I predict it as when you click on like button , your group should be display who like you. but it is not appearing, is it the issue? can you give me your admin details?

Hi,

the JA Facebooklikebox worked fine earlier showing the Like button and Moymore.net group name and some faces of those who like the Facebook page. All of a sudden it stopped working and this “Public profile” picture and link came instead of the correct details. Nothing has been changed from our side.

This is why I don’t belive this is an issue caused by us or our settings on the webpage. My question is has Facebook changed something. Please note that the Moymore.net is a group not a Facebook-page. Is there some changes in this respect?

Has anyone used this module for a group instead of a page? Is there any changes from Facebook side how to deal with Groups instead of Pages?

ok, we are in the process of opening a FB page for this group so then we can get this Likebox working as it should. If I’ll find out something related to FB Groups Likebox function I’ll let you know!
