Hi, having a few problems with the JA Social feed plug the frontend of the site displays:

Plugin JA Social Feed:: Can not create cache file

and in the backend if I save the feed profile a pop up comes up saying unable to save so i cannot add my own FB id’s etc or change any of the parameters in the plugin 🙁

Hello dvoid,

I have checked your site with fpt account that you gave.
All your files and folder are owned by clubanticrist account, and it’s not allowed for php script to create and update file and folder (I have tried to config ftp account under global configuration page >> Tab Server >> FTP section). But it is unsuccessful as I received this message.

JFTP: :write: Bad response
Could not save data. Error: Could not write to the configuration file

So, Please go to the configuration page (that I mentioned above), try to config and enable FTP settings with account clubanticrist and test again

As I mentioned above.
It’s a file permission issue of your host setting. please check my earlier reply to resolve the issue:
