Hi i’ve installed JA Social Feed Plugin i’m configured all field but when i do run now, it give me a page with “done” text but it doesn’t create article.

i send you my configuration:

Greetings,

First of all, please make sure that you’re using the latest version of JA Social Feed plugin. Then in the configuration of Facebook profile (as your attached screenshot), pls enable option Update Article under Advanced settings and disable cache plugin.

Then try to run the cron again.

Hi, I ve the version: 1.1.4.
I disabled the cache. I disabled and delete all cache.

I try with default (joomlaart) profile of you tube and it’s works. These appear like list, but i like show like wall.
How can i set this??

Now it’s work i update the plug-in and it’s ok. But i see a list of article. Where can i set the template like ja wall?

You can check the settings in the menu item of that page and change the template style to JA Wall: http://prntscr.com/555vje

I’ve installed the plugin in other theme.
So i haven’t this template.

If you don’t install JA Wall template, then you will have to custom current template to have style like JA Wall.

I open this ticket again.
In the test site all works. Now i tried to put the edit on online site, but i can’t download the post and create article.
Can i help us?

Do you mean the JA Social Feed plugin doesn’t import the feeds?

If so, you can PM me admin and FTP credentials of your site & take a BACKUP of your site, I will take a look.
