I assign in backend a backround image, but it don’t show it in frontend.

Hi

As you can see from documentation page HERE Template style assigned to the default page, should use the features-intro layout type.

Your template style assigned to your "start" menu item is using the "default" layout

i don’t know why … that is the trouble, if i change to features intro i see a blank page… 🙁

Hi

Enabling error reporting on your menu item using "features-intro" layout it shows a memory limit problem ( look at image )

You should increase memory available for your website,. try to ask to your hosting provider to do it for you

I set the memory size higher, but same problems.
And also the background image works on my dev page with less memory size. ?

Hi

I still can see your memory error problem on the website , to look at it enable from global configuration -> Server Tab the error reporting feature to maximum and then refresh home with assigned "features-intro" layout to it , you will see error come on the page.

You should ask to your hosting provider to take a look at it

Hello pavit. My hoster gave me the DOUBLE memory size. That should be more than enough… But same trouble… Features-Intro doesn’t work again. All other standard templates working fine. Thanks for your help.

Hi,

The template style on your site is setting with default style by default but backgroundimage only works with features-intro and landing layouts: http://prntscr.com/cz3u6w and you can see it from both files

templates/ja_social_ii/tpls/blocks/features-intro.php
templates/ja_social_ii/tpls/blocks/landing.php
