I tried to follow their steps, but a few open questions have let me change the modulpositions durcheinander and so I have deleted the 10th time everything. And reinstalled with "akeeba kickstart" and "jatc_social_ii_j3x.zip". It is almost all unaffected except german language and standard settings which I know (and that are not many)
Many thanks if they would help me. Marcel valenta

Because you must also install "jomsocial" and customize the modules. However, your instruction is incomplete so I don’t know where the modules come. I’m going to get mad. Have I paid for technical support or not?
That doesn’t happen to me that I’m buying some of the support and waiting for half a day. And why am I disadvantaged because English is not my mother tongue? You have my access data, it is easy for you to look into the backend and find the bugs, you have programmed it.
I’m really disappointed by Joomlart.

December 12, 2016 at 2:32 am #993679For the modules in this Jomsocial page, kindly follow the documentation of this template: https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/ja-social-ii#jomsocial we provide in details of how to configure in our demo site. If there is any module you can’t replicate as demo setup, let me know.
And help to check the login info again as it doesn’t work now.

December 13, 2016 at 2:30 am #994029As I can see that almost modules in Jomsocial page on your site are the same with our demo site. Pls add some screenshots highlighting any parts / module of your site which don’t look like our demo setup. It’s more meaningful than words.

December 14, 2016 at 8:21 am #994511It seems that you install latest version of Jomsocial 4.3_RC1 while JA Social II template is available for Jomsocial version 4.2.5 only. Could you install this version?
And please wait for the stable version of Jomsocial 4.3 released first before installing into your site.
