Hi There, We are facing problem installing JOMSOCIAL template on JA social. Installed JA Social quickstart but could not find JS template. Again installed JS template seperately but could not complete the process as it returns error. I had also submitted ticket in support 6 days ago(Ticket ID: RWC-287-20444) but did not receive any update on that. Please help us to rectify the problem.

    Kind Regards, Abhi

    Hi Abhi,

We moved to this new system JoomlArt 3.0 and limited support in Kayako.

JA Social supports styles for JomSocial by default. In order to apply the Jomsocial design, you should download the JomSocial theme for JA Social, extract all the files and add them to your site.

Check out this guide for how to add style of 3rd party extension into template: https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/other/install-3rd-extensions

I checked and saw that you’ve NOT uploaded the package of ‘jomsocial_theme_social’ into your template, I just uploaded for you in directory: ROOT/components/com_community/templates/ja_social

For configuration as demo site, pls check out the documentation here:
    https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/ja-social-t3-framework#thirdparty-exts

    Hello Saguaros,
Thank a lot for uploading the package for me.
Please accept my apology for responding late as I was traveling abroad.
As selecting JS – SOCIAL template does not show any difference from the JS default one.
Both of them have same look and feel.
As per the demo site requirement I am only trying to apply for this to JS.Other pages are fine.

    Please suggest.

    Kind Regards,
    Abhi.
