JA Login mod -> error 404 – Component not found

the JA Login on JomSocial mod in position “ja-login”. The problem starts when i hit the button “Login” in the pop-up.

Then I get the error “404 – Component not found”. I get the URL http://mydomain.no/index.php?Itemid=1
When I log out I get error “500 – Error loading component:, 1” with the same URL.

If I log in via the JomSocial page (http://www.oi-net.eu/index.php/component/community/?Itemid=1) then everything is fine.

I also tried in the Login mod to define the “Login Redirection Page” and “Logout Redirection Page” to the home page of the main menu or to a regular joomla page. it provides the same errors.
If I redirect it to the JomSocial menu item in the main menu, it works fine.

I am running Joomla! 2.5.16 and JomSocial Version: 3.0.5.2

Hi yves,

The problem comes from System – Jomsocial Redirect plugin, it directs to wrong page and causes that error message, I just helped you to disable this plugin via backend > Extensions > Plugin manager > System – Jomsocial Redirect

It works now, kindly take a look and let me know if it helps.
