Registration fails for users in the following ways :
1. registration session expired
2. invalid token
3. missing infoRegistration works if jat3 cache is cleaned but this only functions for 1 user. All following registrations fail.
Any help you can provide would be great.
Cheers.

No I haven’t posted at Jomsocial yet as the issue goes away if I use a default template.

Well, it’s good that you’ve found a workaround solution. Still, it’s an interesting question to pose to the JomSocial folks – as others may have (or may eventually) experience a similar issue.September 30, 2011 at 8:19 pm #415960I will post to Jomsocial later but I doubt I will get much of a response as I can only replicate the error with ja templates. All JA templates cause this error for my users. More than a little frustrating as I am sure you can imagine.
Does anyone have any ideas as to the cause of this? The template JA_Social should function with Jomsocial so I am thinking maybe ive done something stupid…..
Update – posted at Jomsocial. No response as yet.
What Jomsocial version do you use on the demo site ? Any specific cache or system settings to enable the content to function correctly ?
Just to clarify, my site has a clean install of joomla 1.7 with ja social added correctly (as far as I know) and Jomsocial installed and functional. It is only when I enable any JA template the issues arise.
October 1, 2011 at 2:28 pm #416016Hi,
Ok, I have done a load more testing. The following is the current situation :
Clean install of Joomla
Installed JA Social – No further Modules/Components
Installed JAT3
Installed Jomsocial – No Additional Modules/ComponentsRegistration works fine.
Set Development mode OFF
Registration Fails on 2nd attempt.
Can Somone please give me an idea as to whats going on here? This seems as though it´s an integration issue with JAT3 and Jomsocial but only when tasks performed by Development Mode off. All cache is disabled so I am at a complete loss as to whats going on. You have Jomsocial running on your demo so can you please state how this was done, What versions you have used or what fixes have been applied.
I am getting no responses from Jomsocial – I guess because it is deemed a 3rd Party issue.
(FIX) – TURN ON DEVELOPMENT MODE – Not really a fix but I would be grateful if someone can explain if this will hurt a live site.
Cheers.

October 1, 2011 at 8:39 pm #416092Thanks,
just for information, I have also tested with all optimisations turned off & with joomla 1.71 with the same result. At a loss as to what to do other than leaving developer mode on for the time being.
Regards,
Dave.

January 17, 2012 at 5:08 am #434090I have submitted support tickets to Kunena and Jomsocial and posted all over Joomla. They all point to the template, saying something about the form.token? or a confirm or reset.php file not including the correct token lines.
Joomla 1.5.25
Jomsocial 2.4.2
Kunena 1.7.1I receive invalid tokens mostly after idle, but a lot of members are e-mailing about not being able to register because of invalid tokens and also the first login will display invalid token.
February 8, 2012 at 9:13 am #437526I am experiencing the same problem and I am nok liking it.
when I create a user from frontend it works fine the first time… Then, when I try the second time, it gives me an error. If I clean the cache, then the usercreation works for 1 user and then the problem reaccours.
I really need this problem fixed as soon as possible.
You have a fix ready for it?
I have attached two images – one showing what items are in the cache and the second with the error I get from creating a user. (the text on the second image just says “Information needed. Be sure it has a valid value”.

I have the same problem. I find the problem in an other forum for other templates: http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?p=2194685
I think it is a problem with the ja wall template. Please help to fix it. It will be nice!!! -
