I have a lot of problem with Ja Social :(( Cpanel go away, Ja slideshow does not work properly, Top panel module lost. I’ve tried to use contact from suport ticket but until now there has been no answer and solutions. I post here and hope someone can help to solve my problem.

Did you Enable the Modules and put them in the Correct Position? When you enable them, they by default seem to go on the Left Position. You might want to place them in the correct positions for them to work properly.
