Hello,

i have purchased joomla templates and installed Ja_social for my website. but it is not worlking. it is showing a ugly page with out any template. but if i enable any other template then it is woking fine. also i have installed t3framework. nothing is working

i am using shesf404 component. if disable and enable the ja_social then its working fine. it ja_social is compatible with shesf404 component? really its an urgent for me.

can you please help me?

It is compatible with sh404sef component! Probably you are having server issues that you must solve (are you on a linux server or windows ?)

i dont think so. i have check othertemplates also.

tried with ja_raite aand ra_rasite,ja_purity as well,

also i have tried with diffeerent websites in different servers. its not working. if i enable social then my page appearing without template and the content are fine.

its a linux server

Edit: Are you using sh404sef with or without .htaccess ?

i am using without htaccess index.php?

it is an existing site and running properly. i have downloaded 3 templates from ja and the other 2 are working fine except social theme.

I bought ja because of ja_social.

i have default chaged the template to the previous one now to continue with my site.

Is there any support team where they can assist me?

Does it work fine with Joomla core sef urls configured for you ?

To ensure to have joomla sef configured well, Please view::

Also, Please try it with htaccess enabled in shef404
