October 16, 2013 at 8:06 am #191426Hello,
I have issue with encoding our local setting. it is visible in enclosed pictures…
I have checked sql it looks correct utf8_general_ci,
Also when I insert local letters as “ř, ů, š, “… into JA Slideshow module it work correctly,Unfortunately issue is when I insert local letters to standard article.
Is there possibility to set up correct coding somewhere?
thanks

October 17, 2013 at 9:59 am #509309Hi k024,
I just tried to install quickstart package of this JA Social template with Joomla 3.1.5 and try add text as your language but it shows fine.
If you’ve not customized much on your site, kindly install it again, but firstly, pls try to create a new database > select utf8_general_ci collation. It would work.
