Hi

I have loaded JA social template – v. 2.5.8 on Joomla 3.2.1 but the template doesn’t show any CSS styling, it generally looks like a page without a template at the frontend (white background, text just html, aligned to left). Sometimes when i refresh the screen it shows correctly but if i make any changes to content (just normal changes not template changes) and refresh the page, the template has gone again and the pages look a mess. I have tried this on all browsers and the same thing happens.

I installed the JAt3v2 framework which i just downloaded yesterday so presume it must be the current version. all JA plugins are enabled.

I have checked other 3rd party extensions and plugins. at the moment I only have JCE editor which I unistalled to see if it made a difference, it didn’t. So I re installed it.

Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

@kookie: JA Social version runs on our old JAT3v2 frameworks has been pending to upgrade to new Joomla 3.2.1 update. That is why the current released update of this template is not compatible with the new Joomla 3.2.1.

However, we would suggest you refer our JA Social runs on new T3v3 which is fully compatible with Joomla 3.2.1 and contains the integration of JomSocial 3.x.
