    Hello Pankaj,

    Thanks for your response.

    It is actually not loading fine.

    As you know, the ‘features-intro’ layout which is what is supposed to be on that homepage normally has a background image and I set an image for that on the template backend. If you check from the screenshot you attached above, you will see that there is however, no background image. You will also notice that the login module is aligned to the left instead of in the centre of the page.

    I have attached more screenshots showing other parts of the layout that show that it is not loading correctly. In each of the attached files, the top image shows how it shows on the supported domain and the bottom image shows how it is supposed to be.

    Please help investigate this further.

    Cheers.

    Hassan

    Hi
    The template and T3 version are outdated on your site.
    Kindly take backup off site and custom changes and update the Template and T3 plugin to latest version first.
    clean cache and check this issue after update.

    Hi
    Add below code in custom.css file

    body.features-page .features-bg {
        position: fixed;
        top: 0;
        right: 0;
        left: 0;
        bottom: 0;
        height: 100%;
        width: 100%;
        z-index: -1;
    }

    It will fix this issue.

    Hi
    http://newsinquirer.org/icom/
    and https://icom.ng/new/
    Both the sites are working fine and no issue found on them. It hard to assume issue where the issue is not visible.
    Please check test site again, if there are backup of live site in that case you can just assign the test site to live as its working fine.
    Or you can install backup of live site where i can check this issue.

    Regards
