I just downloaded the latest JA Social 1.6 and uploaded and installed without sample data for testing. Without doing enything else I clicked on JA Extension Manager. Configured Joomla updates and entered creditentials. JA Ext Manager found many available update. Unfortunately one of them as you can see in the screenshot is not updating! Yes it says update sucessful and I refreshed the page but still no happening. When I recheck the updates again it says you have old version and 1.1.0 available. I repeated 4 times and reinstalled 2 times but result did not change.

How can I fix that?

Additional note: Your forum’s text editor’s icons not appearing. Tryed with multiple location result is same.

Have you refreshed the page and checked again?

The site link you have sent me is already on version 1.1.1 of the template. I have tested updating the plugin and the JAEM worked as expected on that.

Could you click on check updates again please? It still says that we are using 1.0.4! and 1.1.0 available.

On the site you gave me it is already at version 1.1.1. Do you have another site that is stuck on 1.0.4?

No, not at all. It could be that while the updater is showing the latest release that file is not yet ready on the JA system. It may need uploading on the JA system. The downloads are still showing the 1.0.4 version so you should consider that to be the current release.

There is nothing wrong with your side of things. I have asked for some details but am yet to get a response.

Thanks very much. I also upgraded T3 and succesully installed 1.7 update. Site looks ok at the moment .
