For some strange reason the bottom navigation bar in JA Spica does not always expand (move down the page) to allow for the main body of my website. This is particularly evident with Community Builder and some other components (the content actually hides underneath the navigation bar). I’m pretty sure that the nav bar is actually the “top menu” in position user 3.
I’m not sure where to look for the error. I’ve tried turning the top menu module off, but the navigation bar still appears in the template. Any ideas?
