I am trying to get the pop up text area to work in JA Spotlight. I managed to get the 3 images into user 1, user 2 and user 5 modules but the ajax headlines don’t work.

Anyone have any experience and success with this? Please advise how you managed to get it all working.

make sure you give your text a colour

I have mine set in the module as follows

text colour FFFFFF

background colour CC3300

Background Transparent 70

Your text obviously goes in the Full Text box below the image path.

One thing I have noticed you said the ajax headlines don’t work…don’t think there meant to work in here. ajax headlines are for your top section can also work in left or right….I may be wrong

Hi,

The solution is use CSS-suffix: -blue or -green or -orange.

If you need set SPOTLIGHT on your site like in template overview the way is follow:

1. Copy “flash news” two times
2. Edit first:
set position: user8
set suffix: “-blue” (without quotes)
3. Edit second
set position: user9
set suffix: -green
4. Edit third
set position: top
set suffix: -orange
