    Hi All,

    Concerned with the displeasure of members about the Support ticket system and not receiving any replies, It was found that Ticket System had a bug > Cron Job was not functional. Therefore, all the tickets raised through emails to support@JA or sales@JA were NOT converted to tickets. Only the tickets submitted through web form were recieved in the ticket system.

    Now that the bug is fixed, Ticket System is full of pending tickets, and Support staff is working hard to reply / resolve the tickets. However, it will still take some days before complete efficiency is restored.

    Hi Drarvindc,

    I just sent in a support ticket to ask about another ticket for PZG-713716 that I never submitted. It seems someone may be trying obtain my information by using my system email (which is easy to figure out). The title is “New User Details“. I never submitted this ticket! Could you please PM me as to how I read that tickets details?

    This is great. I’m sure it will give a lot of people peace of mind knowing they will get their issues resolved sooner. Thanks for the info.

    Hi Sandra,

    Checked your ticket and replied too. To me it seems much more like spam as i see many other such tickets from random mail ids. I presume the login details given in the mail to be false. Please confirm the same.

    This announcement should be displayed on the front of the Forums page to explain the recent Support Crisis that the JA members have suffered!!!

    Hi drarvindc,

    Good you are making this public and are handeling this, will be only for the better.

    But most people i face and the reactions i read on forum is that most people make their support calls from the website and not with a e-mail. Most of those warent responded too either, maybe even more problems in the support system that have been found so far?
