Hi Gents,
I cannot delete/add new profiles in the JA System Social Feed plugin.

1) Not able to delete existing default profiles
I open the JA System Social Feed plugin management page
I click on i.e. Joomla profile
I click on Delete in the small popup
The system asks me if “Are you sure”?
I click yes
Nothing happens 🙁

2) Not able to create a New profile
I open the JA System Social Feed plugin management page
I click on “+ New” button
I write the new profile name in the popup
I click OK
Nothing happens 🙁

I also didi the same in a Demo version of JAZite, and it works smooth.

Many thanks in advance for your support
Ciao

Hi Stefano,

Can you set 777 permission to all folders & 644 to all files on your server ?
Because I got the error message when I checked out your Social Feed plugin admin:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

* Don’t forget to inform me your result.

I am having the same issue. Is it a file permission issue? I am running the Fixel template.

Hi robertson,

Not totally sure , the plugin issue on your Fixel template is caused by the file permission. Check the below two probabilities too :

1. Check out the access permissions of modules/plugins in your .htaccess file that may block the jQuery loading of our plugin.

2. The site has been upgraded to Joomla 3.2 on which our extensions have issues.

Anyway, you also can send me PM with the site’s admin login info. I will help you to check out this plugin issue.
