    Hi Joomlart folks !

After 1 hour search on your different websites (joomlart.com : homepage, forum, announcements, … / t3-framework.org, download, changelog, …), it is still unclear to me :

Are T3 and/or the corresponding templates made compatible for Joomla 3.2 ?
If not (or not perfectly), what is the planning, where is the information about this summarized, … ?

In theory, *all* your customers are potentially impacted by this. I don’t understand why there is no announcement about this issue…

    Yours,

    Marc

Only an hour? You are fortunate…….. The blog says install v3.2, but work on the basis the templates are not ready yet. I managed to find v1.4.2 for T3 template and plugin on this site, installed it and it cleared the error message on the first post, but have absolutely no idea if it is a final or temporary fix.

When they suggest rolling back to v3.1.5, they are not ready, ignore the advice in the blog to go ahead and try v3.2 from Hung Dinh.

    Hi,

    Question is so simple:

Is T3 1.4.1 version ready for Joomla 3.2? If we update v.1.4.1 version websites to J32 will there be a problem?
If it’s not ready when you are going to release j32 compatible T3 Framework?

    Thanks…

The answer to your 3 questions would be (in order) no, yes and they are working on it.

I went to the old download area in this site and T3 1.4.2 is available for the T3 Blank template and plugin, I assume they are for Joomla 3.2

I also went through all the extensions and a large number have been updated, either on Thursday 7 Nov or Monday 11 Nov with the following comment in the changelog stream:

” Fix admin parameter helper on Joomla 3.2″

    7 Nov version updates

    2.5.7 Accordion
    2.5.7 Bulletin
    2.6.6 Content Slider
    2.5.9 Login
    2.5.8 Masshead
    2.6.6 Slideshow 3
    1.2.0 Slideshow Lite
    2.5.4 Social
    2.6.3 Tabs
    2.5.9 Twitter

    11 Nov Updates

    2.6.1 Disquis
    2.5.4 Facebook Like
    2.5.7 Newsfeatures
    2.5.8 NewsPro
    2.5.8 Newsticker
    2.6.1 PopUp
    2.5.6 Thumbnail

I assumed the above extensions were ready for Joomla 3.2 and uploaded them to my site, but suggest you make your own judgement as I am a customer like you and am only trying to work it out myself as communication on this subject from Joomlart is probably not going to happen until they have finished doing whatever they need to do.

    Therefore your choices are:

    1. Update to 3.1.6 (the security update contained in 3.2)
    2. Wait for Joomlart to tell you you can update
    3. Update based on the above information at your own risk (as I have done).

    Hi guys,

These above extensions are released with new versions which include bugs fixed for J!3.2. We are still in progress of updating our products (templates / extenstions) to be compatible with J!3.2. We do hope to release a pack of templates for this update within this week or next week.

For now, please use the current version of Joomla in your site, don’t update to J!3.2 until the templates you’re using are available. We would love to get all of our products up to its latest version but it’s undergoing testing and takes time, kindly wait and check our blog post for update news.

    Regards
