August 26, 2009 at 6:18 pm #143719Hi,
i installed JA Lead Quickstart but the JA Tabs module is not working. I only get a bunch of code at the position the module is supposed to show up.
What is going wrong? Appreciate your help on this. Thanks.

August 26, 2009 at 6:47 pm #315365I’m suprised by the cut of land yacht sails (I’ve never really looked at them before). I would have thought a little more twist in the head and keep the power lower down would work better. I digress.
Did you use the quickstart to setup your site?
If not do a local install on your desktop using something like wamp ( http://www.wampserver.com/en/ ). The quickstart shows exactly how to setup the tabs module (which is done in three + parts, one for the module and one pare for each tab) as it is a little coplicated compared to some.

August 26, 2009 at 7:18 pm #315368Yes I used Quickstart, but because I had to migrate a Joomla 1.0 site I was not able to install the sample data. I created a new module position named “weer” (weather in dutch) and put the two modules which I want to appear in the tabs at this module position. Then I set up the JA Tabs module, chose in the settings to show Modules in de “weer” position and saved it on position module position “right”. I even set the style to “lead” in the advances settings.
What did I forget?

August 26, 2009 at 7:48 pm #315377You do not have the ja-tabs plugin installed, just the module. I tried to do this for you but it looks like there has been a failed install attempt in the past so I could not install it for you. You will need to delete some files via ftp first.
Try installing the ja-tabs plugin an it will tell you what folder to remove.
