Used the quickstart install. The background appearance of the ja tabs “Popular” and “latest” is messed up. This template seems very buggy!

Hi Declan
I used the latest updated QS (bug fix 1.21) and while I have turned the popular/latest modules off, they were working fine in my install. Any template that needs a bug fix for a major bug fix is buggy for sure! LOL.

Are you using the 1.21 QS? I have my screen set to Auto (full width) if that is a help? No apparent squashing or clipping at 1920 x 1080, 1440, 1337, 1024 x 768 though minimal margins show at lowest resolutions:) Forget 800 x 600, breaks badly obviously

Hi Declan
Read your PM and looking at your site and activating my popular/latest I see that the bkg image for the tabs is set to apply to 100% of the column width so unless your column is set to narrow you’ll always have more bkg image showing than the tabs take up. Best soultion I could think of is to kill the highlight bkg image altogether and centre the tabs across the column. Ask Tienhc how to recode the tabs to center etc
delete the “templates/ja_anion/core/themes/light-color/images/hilite-bg.gif to stop the blue band across the column, if that’s the bug that’s annoying you. I turned mine off as I don’t wish to use them.
