as its a new site, i suggest you start over with the quickstart package, everything would be all set up for you

Im already read http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/missing-tab-style/, but it will easier for me, by receiving a package to fix the problem, and receive a user guide for ja tabs

or someone going inside my site fixing that

    best regards

the problem is debugging a failed or incomplete install can take hours, or days, or the fix will never happen

did you try uplaoding the css file as stated in that thread?

reinstall takes 10 minutes and it will work, and the tabs will have the demo content and be all set up

Can you download the quickstart package and then add it in, or would you only be able to do that when starting from scratch? I’m having a problem with it as well….
